Soccer fans are having the time of their life during the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Sometimes, they explore new areas and try new cuisines. Other times, they take part in an unexpected dance-off.

The latter happened outside of Boston, Massachusetts, prior to a Round 1 matchup. Haiti and Scotland faced off as part of Group C, and Scotland took the win at the New England Patriots' home stadium. But before the match began, another competition took part in the surrounding parking areas.
A group of fans from Scotland met a group of fans from Haiti for a massive dance-off. They cranked the music loud and just started shaking it in the dirt.

The video posted on social media did not show an outright winner from this dance-off. Not that any of the participants appeared to care. They just seemed to truly enjoy the time celebrating one of the biggest sporting events in the world.
These fans then flocked into the NFL stadium to take in the match between their favorite teams. They packed it out and celebrated a truly special moment. After all, Scotland hadn't qualified for the World Cup in nearly 30 years.
Once the opening ceremonies began, the Scottish fans made a major impact. They sang Flower of Scotland at full throat and reportedly recorded the loudest noise in World Cup history by hitting 125 decibels.

These fans did not stop with the dance-off or the World Cup matchup. They remained in Boston for another sporting event. They descended upon Fenway Park to take in a Boston Red Sox game.
The home team lost the baseball game, but the Scottish fans didn't care. They remained in Fenway Park's concourse, singing Super John McGinn in celebration. McGinn is the man who scored the winning goal during the World Cup match against Haiti.
Scotland will remain in Foxborough for its next matchup. The team will play Morocco on Friday, June 19, as Group C matchups continue. Scotland will then head to Miami for a June 24 match against Brazil.
