The Ferrari driver provided the comments during a panel ahead of the United States Grand Prix at Circuit of the Americas in Austin, Texas. He explained that he has purchased a dog for North (13) Saint (10) Chicago (8) and Psalm (7), the children whom Kardashian co-parents with Kanye West.
"My niece and nephew always gave me a lot of happiness," Hamilton said. "My girlfriend's kids, I love spending time with them."
"She's got four, so I'm getting to play with these kids. I got them a dog this year, so little Halo is a new member of that family."
Hamilton 41, and Kardashian, 46, had been rumored to be a couple throughout the year. Photographers had particularly captured them holding hands in May. They then went "Instagram official" in June, mere weeks before Hamilton broke through for his first win as a Ferrari driver.
They have remained together ever since while sharing more of their lives with the public. Hamilton has also spent time with the children, which he showed with multiple photos on his social media accounts.
The Ferrari driver has also continued with the 2026 F1 season while trying to get back into contention for his eighth title.
This process continued at Circuit of the Americas on Sunday as Hamilton tried to score another win. He ultimately had to settle for a fourth-place finish as championship favorite Kimi Antonelli scored yet another win.
"P4 on the day," Hamilton wrote after the Grand Prix. "Leaving with good points for the team and promising takeaways. Even though the pace was there and we were closing in the final stint, we're still not where we want to be. We will keep focused and we will get there.
"Looking forward to the next one, we'll do everything we can to start strong and put ourselves in the fight from the very first session. Huge thank you to the team for the hard work and strategy and to the fans for the energy and support. See you in Mexico."
