Savannah Bananas personality Jackson Olson says he's already crossed that bridge while dating Maggie Sajak, and by his account, it went just fine.
"He's a great guy," Olson said, via Us Magazine. "Everybody's nervous to meet the father of the person they're dating."
Understandable. Olson, who's built a following with the Bananas' unique brand of baseball-meets-entertainment, said he didn't try to be anything other than himself during the introduction.

That's kind of his whole thing anyway. Outgoing. A little unpredictable. Lean into it and see what happens.
So far, so good.
Maggie made the relationship public recently, and despite the cross-country setup, the two seem to be making it work. Olson talked about the effort it takes early in a relationship, carving out time, creating moments, figuring it out on the fly.
It also adds a little extra juice to game day.
He admitted there was some added pressure knowing she's in the stands during Bananas games. Not exactly ideal when your job already includes dancing, performing, and, oh yeah, playing baseball in front of a crowd.
"I can't strike out," he joked. Reality says otherwise. He's come to terms with that part.
Olson says the goal is simple. Make the people in his life proud. That now includes Maggie.
Off the field, he's also launching a new sports-focused platform called BZZR, built around one idea. Keep it sports. Cut out everything else.
Not a bad pitch.
