Tyson Fury is set to face-off with Oleksandr Usyk in a highly anticipated heavyweight boxing match in Saudi Arabia on May 18 (2 pm ET). With that being said, it seems the fight has got an early start, as Tyson Fury's dad, John, was involved in an incident during the media event, where he was on video head-butting one of Usyk's team members.

Both sides were heard yelling at each other, as John Fury was fired up, and then proceeded to use his head as a weapon. The altercation then subsided as Fury was seen with a bloody forehead being taken away, while he yelled, "show some respect."
To note, Tyson was not seen during the altercation, and later on video you can see him asking his father how he got the head wound.

John gave insight to what set him off, "What matters to me is respect for my son, and he wasn't showing any of it. He mentioned my son and that was it, so he had to have it."
In regards to him bleeding, the father said, "It doesn't bother me, it's what I live for, we're fighting people. That's a regular occurrence to me."

Fury has since apologized for his actions, "Sincere apologies to everybody involved. It's just the way we are. Emotions and tensions are running high. He was a very disrespectful fella. If you come close in a fighting man's space, you're gonna cop for something."
To point out, there is much hype surrounding this heavyweight fight, as neither Fury (34-0-1 with 24 KO's) nor Usyk (21-0-0 with 14 KO's) has lost in the ring yet. When looking at the fight's preview, 35-year-old Fury (-110 odds) is the favorite to beat 37-year-old Oleksandr Usyk (+125 odds), according to BetMGM.
Notably, this bout will showcase the winner as being the first undisputed heavyweight champion since 1999, when Lennox Lewis defeated Evander Holyfield.
