Radley-Hiles is ranked as the No. 17 overall recruit in the class of 2018, No. 4 defensive back and No. 5 recruit in the state of Florida according to Rivals. Announcing his decision at the U.S. Army All-American game is pretty special and it will certainly make one of those schools pretty happy.
The 5-foot-10, 187-pound defensive back plays for IMG Academy in Florida and also has offers from Alabama, Arizona, Arizona State, Baylor, Florida, Houston, Maryland, Michigan, Michigan State and Ohio State among others.
