Dabo Swinney's son addresses rumors of his dad's potential departure

What did he have to say?

With every year that passes, the rumors get stronger and stronger about Alabama coach Nick Saban retiring. With that has come the talk about who should replace him and a popular choice has been current Clemson coach Dabo Swinney since Alabama is his alma mater.

"I wouldn't say I necessarily see that happening. We love it at Clemson; he's invested. Alabama already has so many championships and stuff. What else do we want to do? We're building something really special here, and my dad has a bunch of good staff around him. He loves it here."

Alabama is currently paying Saban just over $11 million a year while Swinney is set to make about $8.5 million this season. He really loves Clemson and it's the school that has trusted him to put them on the map and into title games.
