Florida State reportedly stealing away yet another Oregon coach to add to staff

This should be good.

Florida State has already poached away one coach from Oregon in Donte Pimpleton thanks to Willie Taggart's connections there. Now it looks like he's at it again with his latest reported hire in defensive assistant Raymond Woodie. Tomahawk Nation is reporting the move and that it should be announced in the coming days.

This move makes perfect sense for Woodie as he has followed Taggart everywhere he's gone. That includes stops at Western Kentucky, USF and Oregon before his reported move this year. Woodie also has recruiting ties to the area as he played football at Bethune-Cookman and even coached at Palmetto High School in the state.

He's only 44 years old so he has some youth and he was ranked higher as a recruiter than anyone else on FSU's staff last year. So Taggart has to like that and it should please Seminoles fans as well.
