However, he won't be returning to Oklahoma State, as Moore announced on Sunday that he had committed to Oklahoma.

"I am a witness of my own testimony and is is about time for me to use the tools God gave me to chase my dreams," Moore said in his statement on Twitter. "I am honored and blessed to say that I have decided to further my education and football career at the University of Oklahoma."
Moore was expected to eventually return to Oklahoma State, but it looks like the Sooners were able to quickly swoop in and scoop him up; the commitment comes on the same day that Oklahoma offered Moore a scholarship.
Moore was originally a four-star recruit coming out of high school, and he is still rated as a four-star by the 247Sports player rankings. Oklahoma now has 10 commitments for the 2018 class, where they rank second in the Big 12 (behind Texas) per the 247Sports recruiting rankings.
