CBS Sports analyst names surprising team to make College Football Playoff

Someone is quite high on these guys.

CBS Sports analyst Jerry Palm has been predicting the bowl games and the College Football Playoff games since the beginning of the season. This week's top four teams are something else though even with the USC loss and some other shuffling of teams in the newest AP Poll.

Palm has Ohio State as his No. 4 team right now despite that early season loss to Oklahoma and the emergence of teams like TCU and Georgia this week. That's also despite Washington being the clear top team in the Pac-12 as well. He has Alabama as his top seed still and Clemson as his No. 2 with the Sooners as his No. 3.

Putting Ohio State ahead of other undefeated teams like Georgia, Penn State, TCU, Washington and Michigan seems pretty inexcusable. Granted, they could come back and earn the spot, but that's not the likelihood right now.
