Trishton Jackson, a former four-star wide receiver prospect coming out of high school, has announced his transfer to the Syracuse Orange in the only way 2018 allows.

"Forever grateful for the opportunities God has given me," Jackson said on Twitter. "Blessed to announce my new home, Syracuse University."
This is happening only a few days after Jackson announced that he would be leaving Michigan State.
A highly thought of high school player, Jackson was Michigan State's seventh-leading receiver with 12 receptions for 143 yards in 12 games last season. It is worth noting that he caught 8 passes for 110 yards in the first three games this past season, but only had 33 yards for the remainder of the campaign.
A 6-foot-3 receiver, Jackson has a reputation as a burner on the outside. While that has not yet shown at the collegiate level, by transferring to a program in need of some talent at the position, Jackson should have plenty of opportunities to show the free world what he can do.
A member of the 2016 recruiting class, thanks to NCAA transfer rules, Jackson will have to sit the 2018 voyage before being eligible to play the following season. He will have two full years of eligibility remaining, barring any unforeseen calamities or debacles.
