Camren McDonald, a 4-star tight end prospect from Long beach, CA., has verbally committed to the University of Southern California. He's the fourth overall signing for USC in the last week, and three of those players are ranked as 4-star prospects.
The 6'4, 205 pound tight end is the No. 12-ranked prospect at his position in the country and the No. 34-ranked prospect in the state of California, as per 247 Sports. He's a 2018 recruit.
McDonald's signing caps off a strong week for USC, which signed three other players — Liam Douglass (3-star) and Justin Dedich (4-star), both offensive linemen, and linebacker Kana'i Mauga, another 4-star athlete. Dedich is the nation's top-ranked center.
