In what is referred to as "The Game," the highly anticipated matchup between Ohio State and Michigan ended in an upset 13-10 victory for the Wolverines.

After the game as both teams met at midfield, a fight broke out, which may have stemmed from Michigan players attempting to plant a flag on Ohio State's field.

As the brawl intensified, there were players who got pepper sprayed by police officers in the middle of the skirmish.

While fans from both sides are calling each other sore winners/sore losers, it is ever more disappointing for the Buckeyes, who have now lost four straight matchups vs. their cross-state rivals.

In view of the game, Ohio State blew multiple opportunities, including a couple missed chip-shot field goals.

Coming into today, Jayden Fielding was 14-of-14 on field goal attempts inside 40 yards, however, on the biggest stage of the year he was 1-for-3, missing from 34 and 38 yards.

On the other hand, Michigan's kicker Dominic Zvada hit a 54-yard-field goal, making him now 7-for-7 this year on kicks of 50+ yards. That is, he also made the game-winner with 45 seconds left in the contest.

Ohio State's quarterback Will Howard also threw two key interceptions, one of which was on the team's own two-yard line, which set up the Wolverine's only touchdown of the game.

All in all, despite them previously being the No. 2 ranked team in the country, this devastating loss may affect Ohio State's playoff chances. That is, there are now two Big-10 teams ranked ahead, No. 1 Oregon (Ohio State lost 32-31) and No. 4 Penn State (Ohio State won 20-13).

To point out, the last time a ranked Ohio State team lost to an unranked Michigan team was on November 25, 1950, when the Wolverines defeated the No. 8 Buckeyes 9-3, in what was referred to as the "Snow Bowl."
