The Hurricanes already had the No. 1 recruiting class in the country, and the addition of Campbell only bolsters Richt's strong incoming class for 2018.
Campbell chose Miami over Florida. He told Rivals that offensive line coach Stacy Searels said he would do "big things" at Miami.
"Just the feeling that goes around at Miami is different," Campbell said. "I'm not going to sugarcoat anything with coaches, I just tell them how I feel. My feelings, I just tell them ... they treated me like I'm their family. They're real. It's just a different feel when I go there."
Campbell plans to enroll early at Miami. He said he appreciates the relationships he's already made at Miami.
The 6'5, 290-pound prospect from Orlando is the No. 10 offensive tackle according to Rivals.
