According to the 247Sports Crystal Ball, Notre Dame is the heavy favorite to land Austin. The 247Sports Crystal Ball takes predictions from several of their experts, and so far, all 16 of the predictions have come in favor of the Fighting Irish.

Austin is also considering Tennessee, Miami, and Duke, the other members of his previously released Top 4.
If Austin does commit to Notre Dame, he will be their 16th commitment in their 2018 class. That class currently ranks in the Top 10 in the nation at 247Sports, and would only go up by adding a guy as talented as Austin.
Austin is rated as a four-star recruit across all major services. He had over 1,000 receiving yards and 13 touchdowns last season for his high school, North Broward.
