No. 5 overall recruit K.J. Henry has one team emerging in his recruitment as he prepares to name finalists

Henry is rated as the No. 5 prospect by ESPN.

Five-star defensive end K.J. Henry (6-foot-6, 235 pounds, Clemmons, NC) is expected to name the five finalists for his recruitment on Monday, and it just so happens that one more team may be trying to squeeze their way in before he makes that decision.

Henry was at Ohio State on Friday, and he spoke glowingly of Urban Meyer and the Buckeyes in an interview with Adam Friedman of Rivals.com.

I really think everybody had a good time. I wanted to make sure my guys would be able to see what it's like. I was very happy with the way Ohio State treated us.

As Friedman points out, the visit was rather important as it will be Henry's last before he names the five schools that he will take official visits to during the season. Other schools in contention for those visits are Georgia, Clemson, Alabama, South Carolina, and Virginia Tech, with Clemson currently trending as the favorite according to the 247Sports Crystal Ball.

Rivals mentioned that Henry expects to enroll early at whichever school he chooses.

Henry is rated as a consensus five-star recruit across the major recruiting services. He rates as the No. 5 overall recruit at ESPN, and is the No. 2 rated defensive end by Rivals and 247Sports.
