The Alabama Crimson Tide haven't stopped winning since losing to the Texas Longhorns in Week 2. And with their latest victory, over the LSU Tigers, head coach Nick Saban made it clear to one LSU player that he'd be playing more with his Alabama squad than with Brian Kelly's unit.
"You'd be playing more here than you are there."

"You'd be playing more here than you are there," Saban said to Aaron Anderson, a former Alabama player.
The Crimson Tide defeated LSU 42-28, as the Tigers couldn't stop quarterback Jalen Milroe. In addition to 219 passing yards, Milroe had 20 carries for 155 yards and four touchdowns.
Now, back to Anderson and Saban.
Anderson was a freshman last season for the Crimson Tide. In 2022, Anderson played a total of three snaps and didn't catch any passes.
With the Tigers this season, he's caught 12 passes on 14 targets for 59 yards and no touchdowns. He's played just 72 receiving snaps. On special teams, he's had five kick returns and two punt returns.
It's not uncommon for freshmen to not play much at Alabama. So what Saban, a seven-time college football national champion, said may be true. Anderson, who Kelly had said would be impactful on special teams, hasn't done much.
"He's pretty dynamic," Kelly said during the preseason about Anderson. "It's just a different look back there."
That hasn't quite been the case yet.
As one X user pointed out, Anderson, a Louisiana native, originally committed to LSU but left after Ed Orgeron was fired in October 2021.
He was originally committed to LSU but de-committed when the coach was fired and then signed with Bama. He was nice on the Hulu docuseries about his HS.

Alabama will finish off the year against Kentucky, Chattanooga and Auburn. They are ranked as the No. 8 team in the country in the AP Top 25.
