Georgia will officially have a new starting QB against Notre Dame after Eason injury

Oh my.

Georgia starting quarterback Jacob Eason suffered a nasty looking injury against Appalachian State this past weekend and will be out for the foreseeable future as coach Kirby Smart said. However, he also said that the injury is not season-ending.

That means Georgia will have a new starter next week and it's been announced already.

Eason only attempted three passes in the game and completed one for 3 yards. Fromm finished the game completing 10-of-15 passes for 143 yards and a touchdown en route to a 31-10 win against Appalachian State.
