The exodus from Ole Miss continues, as four-star wide receiver Tre Nixon announced on Sunday morning that he would be transferring from the school.

Nixon also announced that he would be heading back home to Florida, and would be transferring to UCF.
Nixon is one of several Ole Miss players to have transferred ever since the school was hit with NCAA penalties from the Hugh Freeze era. Former four-stars Breon Dixon and Van Jefferson have already announced transfers, while former No. 1 overall recruit Shea Patterson is on his way to Michigan.
It isn't all doom and gloom for Ole Miss, however, as they were able to flip four-star quarterback Matt Corral from Florida.
Back to Nixon: the former four-star sparingly played for Ole Miss in his two seasons in Oxford. That said, Nixon — known for his lightning quick speed — is still a big addition to a UCF team that went 13-0 this season.
It is unknown if Nixon will be eligible immediately for UCF. Nixon, and the aforementioned players transferring, may gain immediate eligibility thanks to Ole Miss's NCAA sanctions.
