Tennessee Volunteers defensive quality control assistant Eric Lewis will reportedly become the next cornerbacks coach at Colorado State, according to Chris Vannini of The Athletic.
Lewis was with Tennessee for one season and has previously spent time at the defensive quality control position with the Green Bay Packers. He has held various defensive coaching positions with Louisville, Eastern Michigan, Weber State, Buffalo and Georgia State among others.
Lewis joins a coaching staff under Mike Bobo that needed to fill six positions this offseason and now just needs to fill two positions. Bobo took over as head coach at Colorado State for Jim McElwain after he left to take the job at Florida.
