Tennessee might be recovering on defense, but takes the worst shot on offense

Tennessee, not a catcher of breaks.

Tennessee has had the absolute worst luck when it comes to injuries this season, especially on defense. The team has been solid on offense as far as the injury bug is concerned, but when it does hit it hits hard.

While starting middle linebacker Darrin Kirkland Jr. will be back this weekend against South Carolina, one of the most important players on offense will not.

And there is some good news in there as Kamara will not require surgery and should return later in the season.

Kamara has rushed for 313 yards so far this season and has scored three touchdowns rushing the ball. He's averaging 4.89 yards a carry, but only 44.71 rush yards a game.
