Well, Dennis is already leaving Ole Miss, too.

Instead, Dennis is heading to Tulsa to be the team's quarterback coach and passing game coordinator.

So, to recap, before leaving for Utah in February 2024, Dennis had been at Ohio State since 2015 as an intern, graduate assistant, quarterbacks coach, and other assistant coaching roles. He then took a job with Utah as an offensive analyst before leaving to join their staff at Ole Miss.

On Tuesday, March 5, he left Ole Miss and Lane Kiffin to be with Tulsa. The school announced that he'd be joining the program via X.

"Join us in welcoming Coach Dennis (@CoreyDennis_) to our team! Dennis will take on the role of quarterback coach and passing game coordinator!" the team wrote on X.

With this being his third job since February 2024, fans on X had some opinions about Dennis.

"Just skip the suspense and let us know who will hold the position this time next month..." another fan said jokingly.

On Dennis's school bio page at Ohio State, incumbent Buckeyes head coach Ryan Day praised Dennis.

"Corey is a talented young coach and someone I've worked closely alongside for three seasons. He knows our system and he knows how we teach. I think he is going to allow us to develop some continuity in the quarterback room, and that's important. I also believe that he is going to be an excellent recruiter for us," Day said.

In coming to Tulsa, Dennis has worked with Justin Fields, and CJ Stroud. Last season, Tulsa went 4-7 under Kevin Wilson. With Cardell Williams, Kirk Francis, Braylon Braxton, and Roman Fuller under center, they averaged just 204.7 passing yards per game.
