At this point in the fantasy season, every decision matters. Maybe you're one win away from locking in a playoff spot, or maybe you're fighting to avoid a last-place punishment. Either way, one lineup choice could make or break your week. Here are our Week 12 starts and sits to help you keep your season alive.

Running Backs
Start: Quinshon Judkins
Judkins had a difficult outing last week against the Ravens, taking 17 carries for just 56 yards and again offering nothing in the passing game. While the efficiency is concerning, the workload remains encouraging. With Sanders now taking over as the starter and an even more inexperienced QB leaning heavily on the run game, Judkins should be in a great spot. The Browns also have an advantageous matchup against a Raiders defense that ranks among the league's worst. I like Judkins to bounce back.
Sit: Tony Pollard
Seattle could easily be in for another game where they're up 35-0 by halftime. I'm not sure the Seahawks are true Super Bowl contenders, but no team destroys bad opponents more consistently. Tennessee looks completely overmatched, and I expect Seattle to shut down anything this young and frankly bad Titans team attempts. Pollard has also been sliding. He's topped 10 carries only once in his last five games and surpassed 50 rushing yards just once in that span. Don't expect Pollard to save you this week.
Quarterbacks
Start: Jared Goff
This one is simple but still worth explaining. Last week, the Lions' offense had an uncharacteristically bad day against the Eagles, and Goff looked more rattled than I've ever seen him. But that was a tough matchup in a tough environment. Now he gets a floundering Giants team at home. Don't overthink it — Goff should throw for at least three touchdowns.
Sit: Caleb Williams
Williams is as frisky a QB as you'll find. His speed and playmaking ability make it obvious why he went No. 1 overall. But he still plays a bit too much like he's in college, and that's a recipe for disaster in the NFL. Now he draws a Steelers defense that is finally performing the way many expected before the season. If you have no other option, he's serviceable, but I don't see him winning you a matchup.
Wide Receivers
Start: Chris Olave
It's easy to avoid every Saints player this year — QB rotation, injuries, and an aging roster have killed any fantasy appeal. But Olave remains one of the most talented receivers in the league. Tyler Shough, who replaced Spencer Rattler, isn't very good, but he has force-fed Olave like his career depends on it. That continued last week when Olave topped 100 yards and scored. With a softer matchup against the Falcons, look for him to find the end zone again.
Sit: AJ Brown
If you don't want to take it from us, take it from Brown himself. The Eagles WR literally said, "If you have me in fantasy, drop me," on social media as he continues to vent frustration about his role. Philadelphia has a good matchup on paper against Dallas, but the Cowboys have retooled their defense and have nearly six new starters since their Week 1 meeting. Combine that with Brown's play, antics, and chemistry issues with Hurts, and there just isn't enough there for me to trust him this week.
