Danny Kanell has never been shy about sharing his opinion on the SEC and how he believes it to be overrated. Now he's taking his shot at former ESPN colleagues. The network just announced a new lineup for the weekend for college football coverage and Kanell couldn't help but notice an SEC flavor to it.

Thankfully the poor, underrepresented SEC will finally have a voice on the national stage!!! 🤣🤣 https://t.co/yH1kjtOuAI

Kanell is likely referring to Booger McFarland getting a bump up from the SEC Network studio show to ESPN as well as former Florida quarterback Jesse Palmer getting a studio show. It really just sounds like someone is a little salty that he's out of work and now has to watch his former colleagues on television every weekend after they got promotions from within the company.
Kanell has been a "champion" for the ACC since he was on the network and because he played at Florida State. He's also taken every opportunity he can to take his shots at the SEC because of the network's heavy coverage of it and seeming "favoritism" it's been shown over the years.
