New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick is not a man full of emotion, but he's insanely competitive. Don't let the cutoff sweatshirt and monotone fool you. The 67-year-old can be downright ruthless, even if it involves a simple game away from the gridiron.

Since taking over the Patriots in 2000, Belichick has stacked up a Pro Football Hall of Fame resume with six Super Bowl championships and three AP NFL Coach of the Year honors. You can now add paintball marksman to his skill set.
The reigning Super Bowl champs cut final OTAs early this spring, so the Patriots took some time off and bonded at Boston Paintball for some fun away from football.

Sounds awesome, right? Well, it is, unless you are linebacker Kyle Van Noy. The 6-foot-3, 250-pound force who recorded four tackles, including a sack in Super Bowl LIII against the Los Angeles Rams got what it's like to get a face full of Belichick.
Apparently during the game, as told to teammate Dont'a Hightower via NBC Sports Boston, Van Noy got rocked by a paintball in the face.
"I got hit, I'm telling you. This paintball hit me in the mask, and the mask hit my tooth and my s—still hurts."
Hightower even got Van Noy to admit on the Twitch stream who shot him in with a paintball gun.
"Bill got my ass," he said.
That's right, Patriots coach Bill Belichick shot Kyle Van Noy with a paintball gun during the offseason. Needless to say, his shot more accurate than quarterback Tom Brady's arm and now the veteran linebacker will have to live with what happened until training camp rolls around.
