No one can forget arguably his most memorable moment as a coach, however, when he went on an iconic rant regarding his Colts' inability to protect the football after a 2001 game, where his team recorded five turnovers.
You know the one.

Mora spent the first minute of the postgame press conference on a tangent about the amount of turnovers his team conceded, led by quarterback Peyton Manning, who threw four interceptions against the San Francisco 49ers on November 25, 2001.
The press conference featured some legendary moments, including when Mora stated the team couldn't do "diddly poo" on offense and claimed that high school and college teams could have beaten the Colts based on their performance in the game.
Mora was then asked by reporter Tim Bragg whether he thought there was a possibility of the team reaching the playoffs, to which he had an outburst, repeating the word "playoffs" as if it were the most disgusting suggestion he'd ever heard.
"Playoffs? Don't talk about—playoffs?! You kidding me? Playoffs?! I just hope we can win a game! Another game!" Mora cried out.
Mora had previously stated that Manning and the Colts had thrown four interceptions for touchdowns that season, more than any other NFL team.
His playoff prediction was correct in the end. The Colts ended the regular season with a 6-10 record, and finished in fourth place in the AFC East.
The press conference lived on far after 2001, and was even featured in a hilarious Coors Light commercial a few years down the line.

Mora and Colts president Bill Polian didn't see eye to eye at that point, as the executive had recently taken a shot at Mora's assistant coaches and defensive coordinator Vic Fangio while blindly defending Manning.
Mora was fired at the end of the season and replaced by Tony Dungy.
Still, there's not a day that goes by that someone doesn't reference this iconic clip.
