Mark Ingram's 6-Year-Old Daughter Outruns All the Boys in Viral Video

As parents, we're always proud of our kids and their accomplishments, but if you're a parent who happens to be a former professional athlete, it must be a sight to behold when your children's athleticism emerges at such a young age.

This is true for Mark Ingram, the former New Orleans Saints, Houston Texans and Baltimore Ravens running back.

Ingram, 33, has a 6-year-old daughter picking up where her father left off in youth flag football—she even plays running back! Just watch the video to get an idea of how good she is.

Mark Ingram's 6-Year-Old Daughter Might Be Faster Than He Is

His daughter takes the ball on a direct snap, stutter steps, runs to the other side of the field, stops, cuts back toward the middle of the field, and then runs up the middle for a long rushing touchdown. She blows by everyone on the field, too.

This video prompted replies from plenty of notable NFL figures, including former NFL linebacker Devon Kennard.

The video has already racked up more than a million views after Ingram posted it on Tuesday.

For reference, Ingram's daughter looks to be on her team's 45-yard line before taking it to the house.
Ingram hasn't had a run of 45 yards or more since 2019 with the Ravens.

Ingram is currently a free agent. Will he play in 2023? His usage has become less over the years. In 2022, he had 62 carries for 233 yards and one touchdown.

Even if Ingram doesn't manage to get picked up or ultimately hangs it up for good, it looks like he'll be enjoying fatherhood either way.
