According to the department, this incident occurred early Saturday morning. Unidentified individuals threw objects at Patullo's house under the cover of darkness.

The videos that circulated on social media did not reveal the items; some people even theorized that the individuals threw rocks. However, the Moorestown Police Department clarified that the items thrown were eggs.

Patullo has held various roles in the NFL since the 2007 season when he worked with the Chiefs as offensive quality control. He joined the Eagles in 2021 and took on the role of pass game coordinator, which he held through the 2024 season. He also served as assistant head coach.

Patullo received a promotion after the Eagles won the Super Bowl. Former offensive coordinator Kellen Moore took the head coaching job with the Saints, so Patullo became the new offensive coordinator.

Eagles fans have expressed their displeasure about Patullo during the 2025 season, especially after consecutive losses to the Cowboys and Bears dropped the team to 8-4 entering Week 14.

Head coach Nick Sirianni told reporters during a conference call after the loss to the Bears that the team is not changing its playcaller. He said they would evaluate everything but that it's "Never just about one person."

The offense has not produced at a consistently high level this season. The unit ranks 23rd in passing, 22nd in rushing, 19th in scoring, 24th in yards, and 27th on third down. However, the Eagles rank first in red zone offense.

The lack of consistency has led to comments from receiver AJ Brown, who told fantasy owners during a friend's Twitch stream to get rid of him. He then told reporters that he would not apologize for the comments and that he is trying to make light of the situation.

"After the game, I said all the right answers, and y'all still made a story," Brown said in mid-November. "In that moment where I'm just talking to my friend, having fun with my friend, I'm not apologizing for that.

"Because like I said, if you have eyes, you can see that. It's not that I was throwing anybody under the bus. I'm literally trying to laugh through this s—-. This s—- is tough. But I'm trying to make fun of the situation and to try to get through it. It is what is is, man."
