Taylor Swift Makes Decision on Attending Thursday Night Football

Taylor Swift will be back in Kansas City to cheer on boyfriend Travis Kelce, looking to keep her winning streak alive.

While Taylor Swift was not in attendance for the Kansas City Chiefs Week 5 victory in Minnesota that saw Travis Kelce go down with what initially appeared to be a scary injury, the worldwide superstar is reportedly planning to make her triumphant return and attend the Chiefs-Broncos game on Thursday night.

The happiest people alive right now — aside from Swifties across the entire globe — are probably Amazon executives, who are likely doing cartwheels throughout the office hallways knowing what a massive increase in eyeballs this will mean for the streaming service's weekly offering of "Thursday Night Football on Prime."

One interesting element to consider is that given the short week, coupled with Kelce's ankle being a bit banged up, the All-Pro tight end is currently listed as questionable to play.

He was limited in practice on both Tuesday and Wednesday, but does the powerful presence of Taylor Swift leave Kelce with no choice but to throw on the cape and play? And if he doesn't end up suiting up and giving it a go, does he stand on the sidelines with his teammates or does he decide to break the internet and sit with Swift in the suite at Arrowhead?

Because the latter might honestly send social media to new heights we probably wouldn't be able to fully comprehend until something like that actually happens.

The safe guess is that Kelce does end up playing. The guy is a gamer and proved as much by insisting on quickly returning to the game following his injury against the Vikings last week. To the surprise of no one, he went on to score a touchdown and played a pivotal role in the win.

Swift's presumed appearance will mark the third time in four weeks the singer has showed up to cheer on Kelce and the Chiefs. So far, she's undefeated.

The burning question (for some, at least) is who will Taylor Swift be rolling with come Thursday night? The last time we saw her, the crew was quite the deep roster as she had Ryan Reynolds, Blake Lively, Sophie Turner and Hugh Jackman in tow.

Nonetheless, the timing could not have lined up any better for another Taylor Swift-Travis Kelce moment. On yesterday's episode of "New Heights" — a podcast hosted by the Kelce brothers — "Uncle Travy" had a tender moment with his two nieces that had to have Swiftie Nation gushing.

It was admittedly an adorable exchange but one has to think the official Travis Kelce approval rating earned a significant spike from some of those overly protective Taylor Swift fans who may have been a little hesitant at the outset of these roaring romance rumors.
