New Orleans Saints and New Orleans Pelicans owner Tom Benson has been taken to the hospital and admitted into the Intensive Care Unit, where he is being treated for "flu symptoms" according to a team-issued release.

Benson turned 90 in July and was hospitalized earlier this season after his team's win over the Chicago Bears in October.
Benson was reportedly taken for precautionary reasons after he started to feel weak.
