After getting ejected, former No. 5 overall pick reportedly tried to hunt down a 6-time Pro Bowler

One player tried to go into the opponent's locker room after being ejected.

Cincinnati Bengals receiver A.J. Green and Jacksonville Jaguars defensive back Jalen Ramsey were both ejected from Sunday's game for fighting, and the feud between the two nearly spilled over into the locker room after the game.

According to ESPN, Ramsey reportedly tried to follow Green into the Bengals' locker room before he was restrained. He also was reportedly screaming at Cincinnati players as they came into the locker room for half time, and he said he was going to go after Green once after security let go of him.

Ramsey never confronted Green. The two were talked trash throughout most of the first half, and Ramsey shoved Green to the ground after a play near the end of the half.

Green responded by slamming Ramsey to the ground twice and punching him. Both players were ejected.

Green later apologized for the incident.

"I shouldn't have reacted that way," Green said. "I apologize to my teammates, [Bengals owner Mike] Brown, and everybody, because that's not who I am. It just got the best of me today."

Green insinuated that Ramsey had been taking cheap shots throughout the game, and that's why he retaliated. Green is known as being a more mild-mannered player, but it's clear Ramsey had gotten under his skin.

The Jaguars went on to win the game 23-7, and unfortunately this will be the last time these two teams play this season.
