Elimination Chamber qualifying match, tag team title bout confirmed for Monday Night Raw

The winner of the Elimination Chamber will become the new No. 1 contender for Brock Lesnar's Universal Championship at WrestleMania.

With the Elimination Chamber WWE Network Special looming, Roman Reigns will face Bray Wyatt on Monday Night Raw in a qualifying match. Not only that, but Cesaro and Sheamus will defend their Raw Tag Team Titles against Seth Rollins and Jason Jordan.

The wrestling federation made the announcement on its website:

However, there are three slots left in the match, and WWE.com can now confirm that Roman Reigns and Bray Wyatt will clash one-on-one on Raw for the right to enter the structure, where WrestleMania glory will be on the line.

...

Tonight on Raw, Rollins & Jordan will have an opportunity to reclaim those titles when they face The Bar in a Raw Tag Team Championship rematch. Can Jordan find redemption alongside The Kingslayer?

On last week's edition of Monday Night Raw, we saw Braun Strowman, Elias and John Cena already qualify for the Elimination Chamber.

Speculation likely suggests Matt Hardy costing Bray Wyatt his chance at defeating Roman Reigns on Monday, but that's purely conjecture at this point. That being said, with only one reputable draw for the Elimination Chamber match confirmed for the WWE Network Special (Cena), logic suggests the company forcing Reigns into the fold.

Not that any of this hearsay matters, as Monday Night Raw's broadcast will clarify all the questions WWE fanatics have — at least everyone hopes so.

The winner of the Elimination Chamber will become the new No. 1 contender for Brock Lesnar's Universal Championship at WrestleMania. The WWE Network Special, Elimination Chamber, will take place on February 25.

Cesaro and Sheamus, lovingly coined The Bar, are four-time WWE Tag Team Champions.
