After putting it all on the line against NXT champion Andrade "Cien" Almas, Gargano is done in NXT after suffering the pinfall loss.
It was a thriller of a match, with Gargano and Almas pulling out all the stops. Gargano's wife, Candice LeRae, emerged at ringside, and she chased Zelina Vega off to make it at least appear to be a fair fight.

Gargano and Almas appeared to give each other everything they had throughout the thrilling bout, which resulted in a ref bump before Tomasso Ciampa's return to the NXT ring for the first time since TakeOver Philadelphia.

Ciampa nailed Gargano with the crutch, Almas got the pinfall and Gargano is now done in NXT.

So what's next for Gargano? The Cruiserweight Tournament is full. Monday Night Raw and Smackdown Live all well on their respective ways to WrestleMania.
