The NASCAR team previously revealed at Daytona International Speedway that Daniel Dye will join full-time in 2027. Now, Jordan Anderson Racing has announced that Brennan Poole will take over the second full-time car while becoming Dye's teammate.

Dye will drive the No. 32 Chevrolet Camaro during the 2027 season. Poole will take over the No. 31 Chevrolet currently controlled by Blaine Perkins. The No. 27, which Jeb Burton drives, will be the all-star/development car for Jordan Anderson Racing.

As Poole explained during a press conference at Phoenix Raceway, joining Jordan Anderson Racing provides him with something new. He can drive cars with leased engines from ECR, and he can enjoy weekly time in the simulator. He hasn't had this sim time in approximately a decade.

"I think it's just a huge opportunity for me," Poole said. "I think it's one of the best, if not the best, opportunity I've ever had in my career.

"So, just really excited to get to work and yeah, continue to do what I've been able to do the last several years and come in and work with some great people and have some fun doing it."

Poole is a veteran of the series who has kept his car clean over the years. He only has seven DNFs in essentially three full seasons with Alpha Prime Racing, the team he will depart after the season. He has scored multiple top-five finishes in his career.

Jordan Anderson Racing has previously celebrated one win, courtesy of Burton. The team has come close on multiple other occasions with Burton and Ross Chastain behind the wheel.

The expectation is to push for another win with Poole serving as the consistent presence and potentially challenge for a spot in the Chase even while racing powerhouses such as JR Motorsports and Joe Gibbs Racing.

"I feel like there's times where we're able to show what we're capable of," Anderson said. "And I think Brennan's going to get in our stuff and immediately, right off the bat, take it up and carry it further into the field and get good finishes for us."
