The 23XI Racing driver posted the fastest lap time at 29.142 seconds. This marked his 14th career pole win and his third of the season. He also started first at EchoPark Speedway and Circuit of the Americas.
Denny Hamlin qualified second at a track where he has four Cup Series wins, 15 top-five finishes, 17 top-10s, and 679 laps led. He posted a lap of 29.161 seconds. Hamlin also started second in last season's playoff race.

The rest of the top 10 included Bristol winner Ty Gibbs (29.192), Kyle Larson (29.192), Chase Briscoe (29.199), Carson Hocevar (29.199), Chris Buescher (29.227), Daniel Suarez (29.230), Ryan Blaney (29.231), and Bubba Wallace (29.280).

Larson has been one of the best drivers at Kansas Speedway since the 2018 season. He has eight top-five finishes in this stretch, including three wins and two runner-ups. He has led 922 laps at the intermediate track since the 2018 season.
Christopher Bell (29.325) posted the 11th-fastest time in qualifying. This put him in a position to fight for stage points early and rebound from last weekend's 27th-place finish.
One driver who struggled during practice but improved during qualifying was Joey Logano. The Team Penske driver had the 36th-fastest time during the practice session at Kansas Speedway, but he posted the 15th-fastest qualifying time (29.507).
Corey Heim, who makes his second Cup Series start of the season on Sunday, posted the 24th-fastest time (29.664) at the track where he finished 13th last season.
The Cup Series race at Kansas Speedway will take place at 2 p.m. ET on Sunday. Fox will provide coverage with Mike Joy, Clint Bowyer, and Kevin Harvick in the booth as Reddick pursues his second career Cup Series win at the track. He previously won at the track in 2023.
