Vice Sports has joined forces with NHRA to provide a look behind the scenes at the high-octane world of professional drag racing through a new documentary series.

According to a Nov. 13 announcement, "Chasing Speed" will air on Vice TV starting on Wednesday, Jan. 21, at 9 p.m. ET/PT. This documentary series will air over six episodes while highlighting such drivers as Brittany Force, Austin Prock, Antron Brown, Matt Hagan, and Tony Stewart.
Vice TV is available on cable platforms and through streaming platforms such as Apple TV, Roku, and Amazon's Fire Stick. The channel is also available on ViceTV.com, but you must have a cable provider login.
The series will highlight the biggest personalities in the sports, the records they broke, and the battles for the championship as it covers the entire 2025 season. It will likely cover the high-profile wins by the standout drivers who regularly exceed 340 mph, as well as the crashes that show the danger associated with the motorsport.

"This docuseries will highlight the high-stakes action and unique personalities that make the incredible world of NHRA Drag Racing so special, and as we celebrate our 75th season in 2026, it marks a perfect time to work with Vice TV on this amazing series."
This six-part series will set up NHRA's 75th Anniversary season, which begins with Gatornationals on March 5-8, 2026, in Gainesville, Florida. This season will continue with 20 races at such top tracks as the In-N-Out Burger Pomona Dragstrip, zMAX Dragway in Charlotte, Bristol Dragway, Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park, and The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
