On Thursday afternoon, 23XI Racing driver Tyler Reddick gave NASCAR fans that chance to ask their nagging questions during an "Ask Me Anything" interview on Reddit. As is the case with most AMAs, Reddick got some pretty weird Qs ("what do the Indy bricks taste like?"; "what are your opinions on cheese?") and responded with some pretty straightforward As ("They taste like bricks."; "Cheese has many forms, cheese has many tastes, cheese is a great ingredient to have to spice up your meal.") But, Reddick also got some serious questions too, like this hard-hitter: "what is the angriest you have ever been at another driver?" Reddick's response? A former NASCAR Truck Series driver by the name of Germán Quiroga.
"Herman (sic) Quiroga at Pocono when I got parked by NASCAR," Reddick wrote. "It was my first year in the Truck Series."

For a little more context about the incident that Reddick referenced, it all went down at the 2014 Pocono Mountains 150 at Pocono Raceway. Reddick, who was just an 18-year-driver for Brad Keselowski Racing at the time, had two incidents with Quiroga during the Truck race. Around Lap 53, Reddick and Quiroga made contact, causing Quiroga to bounce off the wall. About five laps later, Reddick and Quiroga collided again. This brought out the fourth caution of the race and led NASCAR officials to send Reddick to the hauler and park him for the remainder of the race. He was ultimately credited with a 23rd-place finish. It seemed like Reddick purposely hit Quiroga to get revenge for the earlier contact, but Reddick denied the retaliation claims, saying that it was just a matter of him fighting for position.
You probably don't remember Germán Quiroga. The Mexican-born racer had a fairly short-lived NASCAR career, running only two full-time seasons in the Truck Series. But, Tyler Reddick will clearly never forget him.
