At 6-foot-4 and 313 pounds, there's no doubt Ndamukong Suh is a big dude. The Los Angeles Rams defensive tackle is also incredibly strong. Add those two together and you have one of the funniest things you will see in the NFL this week when he's asked to tackle a dummy in practice.

With so much talk, and even more confusion, about the league's body weight rule enforcement and how defenders should sack the quarterback, the five-time Pro Bowl selection and three-time First-Team All-Pro has perhaps the greatest way to avoid getting a penalty: Just knock the signal caller out cold with an open-handed haymaker.

It's good to see the Rams, and head coach Sean McVay, taking the initiative to make sure the LA Rams players practice how to safely tackle a quarterback without drawing a flag or getting hurt. But Suh definitely takes it to another level by sending the tackling dummy flying off the mat before casually walking away to join the rest of the defensive line like it was nothing.
Put that video on loop and it keeps getting better and better.
Sure, it might draw a penalty and probably a fine, but just imagine how epic it would be for Suh to knock down Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson on Sunday afternoon without even attempting to tackle him.
Better yet, just imagine the reactions from everyone, including both head coaches and especially the fans. Social media would have the time of their lives making it go even more viral than the practice punch, especially considering Suh has a history of controversial hits and fines.
Whether this is a joke or how Suh truly feels about the new rule, it's pretty comical the former Nebraska Cornhuskers star and No. 2 overall pick in the 2010 NFL Draft with 53.5 career sacks took a moment to let out some frustration during Rams practice and showing us a new sack technique for all pass rushers to avoid a roughing the passer penalty.
