NASCAR has issued major penalties to several individuals involved in fights at Martinsville Speedway last weekend.

According to the weekly penalty report, seven people have been fined and placed on probation for their roles in the multiple incidents. Two have received indefinite suspensions. They all violated the Rule Book, specifically, Sections 12-6.1C & 12-6.1C2: Members actions; Member-to-member confrontation(s) with physical violence.
The first fight occurred after the second heat race that set the field for the ValleyStar Credit Union 300 Late Model main event. Brad Housewright, Chase Burrow, and Ryan Burrow all took part in this brawl.
They have all been placed on NASCAR probation until Dec. 31, 2027. Housewright and Chase received $250 fines. Ryan received a $500 fine.
The bigger incident, in which multiple men attacked Corey Heim after the Late Model race, led to harsher penalties. Dylan Jenks and Ryden Lapcevich both received $500 fines. They are both on NASCAR probation until Dec. 31, 2027.
Steven Civatarese received a $1,000 fine and an indefinite suspension from NASCAR. He is suspended from the 2027 ValleyStar Credit Union 300 at Martinsville Speedway, and he has been placed on probation for one year.
Team owner Chad Bryant received a $2,000 fine and an indefinite suspension from NASCAR. He is also suspended from the 2027 ValleyStar Credit Union 330 at Martinsville Speedway. He has been placed on probation for one year.
Bryant must also undergo anger management training through a NASCAR approved program.

This fight occurred after last weekend's ValleyStar Credit Union 300. Heim and Treyten Lapcevich made contact multiple times on the cooldown lap, which led to Heim's car launching into the air and landing on Treyten's. This caused significant damage to both vehicles.
Treyten went to confront Heim after the race, but Bryant prevented him from doing so. Members of the team then went after Heim by the hot dog stand. He took one punch in the scuffle, but he did not fight back.
