Appearing on the Pablo Torre Finds Out podcast, former Ohio State Buckeyes quarterback Cardale Jones discussed an incident eight years ago in which he visited a child in the hospital and beat them in a video game by a score of 98-35.

The game was NCAA 14, and the child was Jared Foley, who Jones met during his stint at Ohio State between 2012-2015.
Visiting Foley in the hospital and, while there, noticed NCAA 14 and an Xbox and told Foley he'd "kick his butt" in a game of it.

As Jones recalls, the game against Foley was close in the first quarter and the kid was talking to trash to the Buckeyes signal caller. During the game, Jones put himself in at quarterback.
"The Cardale Jones stat line had to be one of the best stat lines in all of gaming history," said Jones.
"By the time that tweet came out, it was all fun and games because I remember him challenging me to play NHL and we were going back and forth on Twitter, and I'm like, 'Jared, bro, I'm Black. I don't play hockey. I definitely don't play hockey video games.'" Jones added.

His tweet from 2015 is hilarious. He corrects the article, saying he beat him 98-35.
Of course, Foley requested a rematch.
Jones, who again played for the Buckeyes from 2012 to 2015 and started in 2014 and 2015, was drafted in the fourth round, 139th overall, by the Buffalo Bills in the 2016 NFL Draft.
He finished his career with a 61.6 percent completion rate for 2,304 yards, 15 touchdowns, seven interceptions, 238 rushing yards, and two rushing touchdowns. He played in 23 games at the program.
