Mike Leach reportedly emerging as candidate for another head coaching job, and it's not Tennessee

Tennessee is not getting a win it would seem.

Both Tennessee and Arkansas are looking for their next head coaches and Yahoo Sports' Pete Thamel has some candidates emerging for the latter job. He believes that new athletic director Hunter Yuracheck might be looking at a few names for the job, but says that current Washington State coach Mike Leach "has a better chance at this job" than he does getting the Tennessee job.

Leach had been picking up steam as a potential candidate for the Vols job before former Tennessee AD John Currie was put on suspension. Thamel makes it sound like the Arkansas job might be a more realistic job for him though and he names a couple other people who could be in the mix for the job now that Bret Bielema is out and making serious bank despite getting fired.

Thamel mentioned Memphis head coach Mike Norvell, SMU head coach Chad Morris and West Virginia head coach Dana Holgersen as other names that could emerge in the search as well. He also said that the direction of the search will be determined once Yurachek figures out what he's doing the first few days on the job.
