Florida is already working to pry away one of Mississippi State's top recruits

Florida looking to pry more away from Dan Mullen's former team?

It looks like Florida's pillaging of Mississippi State may not just be limited to new head coach Dan Mullen.

One of those targets for Florida appears to be four-star wide receiver Stephen Guidry (6-foot-4, 190 pounds, Morganza, La.), who received an offer from the Gators on Monday.

Guidry is currently committed to Mississippi State, but as he has shown in the past, his commitment isn't always a concrete deal for the future. Guidry was first committed to South Carolina before eventually flipping to LSU. While now committed to Mississippi State, Guidry could have some interesting decisions to make as Mullen heads from Starksville to Gainesville.

Guidry is ranked as the No. 2 overall JUCO recruit in the nation by the 247Sports Composite, and he has spent various times over the past year in the No. 1 spot in that category. Overall, Guidry ranks in the Top 250 in the nation for the 2018 recruiting class.
