The Cleveland Browns fired head coach Kevin Stefanski on Monday. One day later, he is reportedly piling up numerous interviews for other openings in the NFL.

According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, sources say that Stefanski is expected to speak with the Atlanta Falcons, Tennessee Titans, and New York Giants as all three teams try to find their next head coach.

The Giants and Titans fired Brian Daboll and Brian Callahan, respectively, midway through the 2025 season. The Falcons fired head coach Raheem Morris and GM Terry Fontenot on Sunday night after closing out the 2025 season.

A two-time Coach of the Year, Stefanski achieved success in two of his first four seasons with the Browns. He led the team to 11-win seasons in 2020 and 2023 while working with a variety of quarterbacks. Baker Mayfield led the way in 2020 while the 2023 lineup included Deshaun Watson, PJ Walker, Dorian Thompson-Robinson, Jeff Driskel, and Joe Flacco.

The past two seasons, however, featured only eight wins compared to 26 losses as the quarterback room continued to feature a rotating cast of characters. The defense delivered while keeping many games close, but the offense ranked 26th and 21st in total yards.

With the Browns firing Stefanski, he now has an opportunity for a fresh start. He will also potentially have a chance to tie himself to a team with a promising young quarterback and some other playmakers.

The Giants have Jaxson Dart, who impressed with splash plays as both a passer and runner despite missing time due to concussions. The rookie appeared in 14 games this season while throwing for 2,272 yards, 15 touchdowns, and five interceptions. He rushed for 487 yards and another nine scores.

The Giants have what appears to be the quarterback of the future, and they have a promising running back in Cam Skattebo. The team also has a top-five pick in next season's draft, which provides the opportunity to continue building a better roster.

The Titans have Cam Ward, the first overall pick in last year's draft. Ward started all 17 games while throwing for 3,169 yards, 15 touchdowns, and seven interceptions. He rushed for 159 yards and two scores. He also took a league-high 55 sacks.

Like the Giants, the Titans have a top-five draft pick after finishing 3-14. They have a quarterback, so that need is no longer relevant (for now). The most pressing issue is finding a dynamic playmaker to support Ward's growth.

The Falcons have less draft capital than the Giants and Titans after sending this season's first-round pick to the Rams to move up and select edge rusher James Pearce Jr.

The Falcons have many talented players on the roster. This includes receiver Drake London, running back Bijan Robinson, and receiver Darnell Mooney. Running back Tyler Allgeier and tight end Kyle Pitts are both set to become free agents. They could achieve success with Stefanski leading the way, provided the quarterback room is not constantly changing.

Second-year quarterback Michael Penix Jr. did not finish the season due to a partially torn ACL. Kirk Cousins, who led the Falcons to four consecutive wins to close out the season, just restructured his contract to set up a possible offseason departure.
