The NASCAR team, co-owned by seven-time Cup Series champion Jimmie Johnson, had previously announced that country musician Darius Rucker and celebrity chef Guy Fieri had joined the strategic ownership group. Now, the team has provided the full list.

This group also features Bryce Harper, Chase Utley, Scott Dixon, Tony Kanaan, Kelly Slater, Andy Roddick, Jen Rubio, Dario Franchitti, and Sam Byrne.

Harper, who previously served as grand marshal of a Cup Series race at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, is a two-time National League MVP. He has earned All-Star honors during his 15-year career.

Utley, a four-time Silver Slugger winner, spent 16 years playing in Major League Baseball. He spent the majority of his career with the Phillies, and he won the 2008 World Series.

This ownership group also includes Slater, an 11-time world champion surfer who is considered the greatest of all time. He brings a different perspective to the group. This is also true for Rubio and Byrne, who join the ownership group after making an impact in more traditional business realms.

Three other members of this group bring in experience from a different form of motorsports. Kanaan, Dixon, and Franchitti all hail from the NTT IndyCar Series, the series in which Johnson spent two seasons competing.

Kanaan is currently the Team Principal of Arrow McLaren, but he also won both the Indy 500 and a championship. Dixon is a six-time champion and an Indy 500 winner. Franchitti is a four-time champion and a three-time Indy 500 champion.

"This is not a traditional ownership group," Johnson said. "It is a collection of people who understand competition, leadership, innovation, storytelling, and how enduring organizations are built.

"They come from different worlds but share a common belief: that Legacy can become something fundamentally different within motorsports and culture."
