Hop aboard the train before the Texas A&M Aggies leave College Station.

Entering the 2021 season, head coach Jimbo Fisher is building a contender. In a lot ways, Fisher’s fourth season could mirror his time at Florida State ? After signing top-10 recruiting classes in each of his first four offseasons, the Seminoles claimed an undefeated BCS title. Texas A&M will have an 17th-, 4th-, 6th-, and 8th ranked class on the roster for 2021.

I’m not guaranteeing Texas A&M a 12-win season and SEC West title or anything. I’m just saying…

The Aggies plan to expedite that growth even faster this season.

Despite the COVID-19 virus creating a “dead period” on the college football recruiting trail in 2020, Texas A&M moved and grooved virtually. The Aggies secured one five-star and 15 four-stars.

Landing four-star cornerback Deuce Harmon gives Jimbo Fisher’s secondary athleticism and NFL talent.

Denton Guyer High School’s Deuce Harmon is ranked as the No. 15 cornerback nationally, according to the 247Sports Composite. Harmon fielded dozens of FBS offers, including Baylor, Cal, Houston, Kansas State, Mississippi State, North Texas, Oklahoma State, Texas Tech, Virginia Tech and Washington State.

He ultimately chose the Aggies over six other finalists: Texas Longhorns, Notre Dame Fighting Irish, Oregon Ducks, USC Trojans, SMU Mustangs and TCU Horned Frogs.

The Dallas-area native showcased his ball skills as a running back and receiver in high school, but he’ll be focusing on defensive back duties in College Station.
