Mayweather was untouchable during his prime, taking down the likes of fellow boxers such as Oscar de la Hoya, Manny Pacquiao, Robert Guerrero, Canelo Alvarez and Miguel Cotto, among many, many others.
He won at five different weight classes: super featherweight, welterweight, lightweight, junior welterweight and super welterweight. The McGregor fight saw Mayweather pocket a guaranteed purse of $100 million at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
Mayweather is set to return to the ring against YouTuber turned boxer Logan Paul in June 2021, which should be another massive PPV event. Paul's brother Jake Paul launched a semi-successful boxing career of his own, having won his first three fights.
The exhibition fight will take place at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami, Florida. The bout is sure to see both parties walk away with gargantuan paychecks.
