Trevor Lawrence was born in Knoxville, Tennessee, and grew up in Cartersville, Georgia. He has two siblings, older brother Chase and younger sister Olivia.
The Lawrence family is Christian and devoutly religious, frequently attending the Tabernacle Baptist Church in Cartersville.
Jeremy Lawrence works for a steel company, Gerdau, as the safety and environment manager. He has been heavily invested in his son's career as a football player from a young age, going as far as hiring a quarterback coach when Trevor was still in eighth grade.
Needless to say, all of that hard work has paid off.

Trevor Lawrence attended Cartersville High School and first made national headlines as an elite high school quarterback.
The Purple Hurricanes' star was named the High School Football Player of the Year by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution after a sensational junior year in 2016. He ultimately won 41 consecutive games at the prep level, including two state championships.
Lawrence was the No. 2 overall high school player in the country by ESPN, trailing only Ohio State's Justin Fields.
After his terrific high school career came to a close, Lawrence took his talents to Clemson University and ultimately took over for Kelly Bryant as the team's starter.
His freshman season was undeniably great. Lawrence helped lead the Tigers to a College Football Playoff National Championship Game victory over Nick Saban and the Alabama Crimson Tide. The freshman quarterback threw for 347 passing yards and three touchdowns in the national title game.
The American football quarterback continued to shine in his sophomore and junior seasons. He led his Clemson football back to the CFP title game against LSU in 2019 and then tossed 24 touchdowns to just five interceptions in his final collegiate campaign in 2020.
Only time will tell how Lawrence will do in the NFL, but his parents will be by his side every step of the way.
