The 2020 college baseball season is off and running.

Nearly 300 NCAA Division I teams are gearing up in hopes of an NCAA Tournament berth and landing a trip to Omaha for the College World Series. The Vanderbilt Commodores won it all last season on the backs of a talented roster full of All-Americans, and they enter this season as the team everyone is out to get.

Another crazy baseball season full of walk-off wild pitches, 13-run innings and 20-inning games that last almost seven hours is upon us, and honestly, not even the MLB can compete with the NCAA’s craziness.

College baseball’s major polls — Baseball America, D1Baseball.com, NCBWA, and the USA Today Sports baseball coaches poll — help us sift through the madness all season long. Vanderbilt sat atop the preseason leaderboard while Louisville, Texas Tech and Georgia took the next three spots in the baseball rankings.

We’ve already seen major changes after the first few weeks of regular season action.

The SEC remains the king conference of collegiate baseball, leading the way with 11 teams in the USA Today Baseball Coaches Poll Top 25. The ACC trails with six teams, followed by the Big 12 (3), Pac 12 (2), American (1), West Coast Conference (1) and Big West Conference (1).

Here’s a look at where each team ranks in the 161st college baseball season:
