When the University of Florida and University of Georgia meet in Jacksonville, anything can happen. "The World's Largest Outdoor Cocktail Party" — a term coined by Bill Kastelz, the longtime sports editor at The Florida Times-Union — isn't all binge drinking and school spirit. (Although that's a HUGE part of it.) This college football rivalry game is unpredictable and pits two of the country's elite programs against each other as they chase championships every year around Halloween.
In 2019, the No. 6 Florida Gators and No. 8 Georgia Bulldogs meet with College Football Playoff implications once again, as this year's winner will be in the driver's seat to win the SEC East division. Both teams and fan bases look forward to this game more than any other, so naturally, you can't enter a massive college football showdown without good, old hype videos.
Social media teams of both Florida and Georgia football dropped hype videos ahead of the Nov. 2 kickoff at TIAA Bank Field. Honoring the past and saluting the present, both fan bases can break out the cocktail shakers and get ready for a massive SEC game day with these spine-tingling trailers.

Some fans — well, mostly Georgia fans — want this cocktail party to finally become a home-and-home series like nearly every major rivalry game today. However, a newly-signed deal with the city of Jacksonville will keep the Florida-Georgia game at its neutral site until 2023, with a possible extension through 2025.
From Hall-of-Fame head coaches like Steve Spurrier to Heisman Trophy winners like Herschel Walker and Tim Tebow, there's no shortage of history in this rivalry. Current leaders Dan Mullen and Kirby Smart keep retooling their sidelines, which only adds more fuel to this fire.
If you ask a Florida football fan around Gainesville, the all-time series record is 51-43-2 in favor of Georgia heading into 2019's top-10 matchup. Go north to Athens, and they'll say the tally is 52-43-2.
It's little things like this that makes the Georgia-Florida rivalry a can't-miss football game. Or is it the Florida-Georgia rivalry? Depends on who you ask, I guess.
All I know is either the Dawgs or Gators will be closer to an SEC Championship Game berth and national championship run after this one's over. For the loser, it'll be double cocktails and an average bowl game.
