Derrick Henry has gone viral for plenty of things so far in his football career. That 99-yard record NFL touchdown that even Tony Dorsett had to give kudos for. His incredible and eye-popping high school statistics. Most recently, the Tennessee Titans running back threw a nasty stiff arm on Buffalo Bills' Josh Norman that gave the Internet plenty of laughs.

Sometimes Henry doesn't even have to be playing. Everyone remembers the 2016 College Football Playoff National Championship Game for the Alabama Crimson Tide's incredible 45-40 win over the Clemson Tigers. Just before kickoff, a photo of the 6-foot-3 Henry standing next to the 5-foot-9 Mark Ingram during the coin toss circulated on social media and the jokes poured in.

Ingram, a former Alabama running back and Heisman Trophy winner, was called everything from a toddler to an Oompa Loompa.
As we found out in a hilarious Nissan Heisman House commercial that year, Ingram isn't the only one to fall victim to the "Derrick Henry Effect."

The hilarious advertisement begins with two Heisman winners — Oregon's Marcus Mariota and Boston College's Doug Flutie — showing Ingram the viral picture and making fun of him.
"Hey Mark, you look like Derrick's little brother," Flutie jokes.
"It happens to everyone. It's the Derrick Henry effect," Ingram responds.
Next thing you know, Henry walks in the room and Mariota and Flutie look significantly shorter. Flutie's voice even sounds like something out of Alvin and the Chipmunks.
This whole thing is terrific. Props to Ingram for being able to joke about this. Also props to Nissan for picking the perfect Heisman Trophy winners to use in this spot. Flutie stands just 5-foot-10 and Mariota, who is 6-foot-4, was Henry's NFL teammate at the time.
Henry and Ingram have squared off against each other since that viral photo. The Baltimore Ravens and Tennessee Titans played in the NFL playoffs last year, a bout Henry won to send his team to the AFC Championship Game. Ingram yet again fell victim to Henry's dwarfing abilities.

If you ever see Derrick Henry in public, don't even think about standing next to him unless you'd like to experience the "Derrick Henry Effect."
